Services are billed following the session. Clients can make payments online via InstaMed or through our secure client portal.

Services are provided at our office and online via teletherapy. We also provide speech-language therapy services at local schools and daycare centers.

The treatment process often begins with an initial evaluation. Many insurance companies require an evaluation to show medical necessity and the need for services.

We collaborate with a variety of physician groups in the area and provide updates regarding the treatment plan. For that reason, it is helpful to obtain a referral for services. A referral for "Speech evaluation and treatment" can be obtained by calling your primary care physician. The referral can be faxed to our office at (517) 225-6844. If you are concerned about your loved one’s ability to speak clearly, understand language, express themselves, or interact with others, please give us a call. A screening and/or evaluation can assist with determining the need for services.

The frequency of therapy and duration of treatment varies based on the diagnosis. We provide consistent feedback regarding progress and update the treatment plan every 3-6 months.
